This is Violet, Rob & Judy’s sweet neice. She brought so much fun and joy to our kids in refuge as she led endless games and fun. She was always serving and going the extra mile as she baked with the kids and helped with many other endless jobs behind the scenes.
“Each moment of this trip brought emphasis on the never ending and constant love of our Father. I could constantly hear “He is our healer” this encouraged me to see that it was about the praise we owe him for fulfilling each and every prayer. He filled this trip with miracles in my life and in the sight of watching these kids close their eyes and praise the father that they know love them so deeply. God’s living spirit was in the depths of their hearts and souls. Out of the multitude of things happening, the smiles I was able to share with the kids who do not speak English was the biggest impact for me. The connection I felt while holding, laughing, hugging or playing with them brought me so much peace and gratitude. The love God has given me I could pour out on them even if it was only for a moment.
God’s joy and hope shines a bright light upon the mountain in front of us. He is our blessed assurance and we can go at peace knowing that He stops at nothing for his children who belong in his kingdom! Amen!”
